Crispy and crunchy snack made with corn poha, peanuts, puffed chana Dal.
Special Diwali snack made along with other Diwali specials.

Ingredients:

Corn poha(chivda)-1cup
Peanuts-3/4cup.
Puffed bengal gram(putnalu)-1/2cup.
Cashew nuts-10 to 15.
Raisins-1 tablespoon.
Curry leaves-10.
Chilly powder-1 teaspoon.
Salt-1teaspoon.
Sugar(optional)-1/4 teaspoon.

Preparation:

Heat enough oil in a deep kadai.
Place a metal colander or metal sieve with handle in oil.

Add few corn poha in hot oil, and when done it will come up ,start floating over the oil then strain corn
poha, take them in a big pan.
Fry the remaining poha.
After corn poha is fried,fry peanuts and puffed chana Dal,Cashew nuts, raisins add curry leaves and fry it.
Now add salt and chilly powder.
Shake the pan carefully to mix well by heating it on medium flame for 2 or 3 minutes,so that excess oil will come down to the pan.

Let it cool completely then store in a dry and air tight container.
