A healthy Indian and quick recipe,colourful feast for eyes and a delight for winters.

Ingredients:

Carrots grated-500grams
Sweetened condensed milk-1 tin(397 grams)
Fried nuts and raisins mix-1 tablespoon.
Ghee(clarified butter)-1tablespoon.
Carrot halwa /Carrot Pudding

Preparation:

Add ghee in thick bottom pan,heat it.
Add grated carrot,cook till the moisture dries up for 10 minutes,on low flame.
Add sweetened condensed milk,cook till carrot absorbs milk.

In a different pan add half teaspoon of ghee and fry dry fruit mix.

Add this dry fruit mix to the pan and mix well and serve hot.
