Prawn Pakoda(Prawn Fritters)

Ingredients:

Prawns about 15 to 20 Devein and clean with water.
Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon.
Pepper powder-1 teaspoon.
Sesame seeds- 1 table spoon.
Cornflour-2 table spoons.
Besan(gram flour)- 1table spoon.
Rice flour- 1 table spoon.
Crushed cornflakes-3 table spoon.
Salt- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons.
Egg white-1.
Oil for deep frying.

Preparation:

Marinate Prawns with 1/2 table spoon of salt,ginger garlic paste.Leave it for half an hour.
Make batter mixing all the dry ingredients sesame,rice flour, corn flour,besan,crushed corn flakes ,pepper powder with 1 teaspoon of salt and egg white,add  2 to 3 table spoons of water,to thick consistency.
Heat oil in a tava ,dip the prawns three at a time,fry till golden brown in medium flame.

 Serve with onion and parsley salad and tomato ketchup.
