SOYA GREEN RICE(Dill leaf green rice)
Soya green rice is a very less oily,tasty and healthy rice.Soya leaves helps in digestion.Rich in vitamin A,iron and antioxidants.with lots of medicinal values.

Ingredients:
- Soya leaves -1 bunch.
 - Basmati rice -2 cups.
 - Cinnamon sticks -2.
 - shajeera(Caraway seeds) -1/2 teaspoon.
 - Cardamoms(elachi) -3.
 - Cloves-4.
 - Peppercorns-1/2 teaspoon.
 - Bay leaves-1.
 - Brown onions(caramelised onions)-1 teaspoon.
 - Oil or ghee - 1 teaspoon.

Procedure:
Wash  basmati rice thoroughly with water.Soak for 10 minutes.Clean soya leaves,wash and chop.
Boil four cups of water,add 1 tea spoon of salt,spices Cinnamon,bay leaf,cardamons,peppercorns,cloves.
Remove water from rice,add to the boiling water and cook for 8 to 10 minutes,until rice is 3/4 cooked.
Drain rice in a colander,now place cooking pan ,add ghee, add drained rice,spread soya leaves over it.
Cook it covered in low flame for 10 minutes.Switch off the flame.

Add brown onions and mix well.
Serve it with any gravy curry like Paneer-masala(cottage cheese in spicy gravy),
Chicken korma (chicken cooked in coconut and melon seeds paste).
