Quick Ponganalu/Instant PaniyaramIngredients: | 
- Semolina (Bombay Rava) -2 table spoons.
 - Rice flour -2 tablespoons.
 - Butter milk/Laban-1cup.
 - Onions(chopped) -1 table spoon.
 - Cumin /jeera-1/2 teaspoon.
 - Ginger(finely chopped)-3/4 teaspoon.
 - Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) -1teaspoon.
 - Fresh grated coconut -1 teaspoon.
 - Green chillies (finely chopped) -2.
 - Salt -1/2 teaspoon (as per taste)

Procedure for preparing batter:
- Add chopped onions,green chillies, coriander leaves,ginger, cumin, salt .Mix them thoroughly.
 - Now add Butter milk, semolina and grated coconut.
 - Mix thoroughly , check that it should not get lumps.
 - Batter should me medium.

Procedure for cooking:
- Preheat the paniyaram pan, keep the flame high, add just two to three drops of oil in each.
 - Take teaspoon full of batter drop in each bowls of pan.
 - In a low flame, cook for two to three minutes.
 - Turn them with help of a spoon and cook for three more minutes.(Insert a tooth pick and check it should come out clean).
 - Quick ponganams are done.
 
Serve with tomato ketchup or Ground nut chutney or Mixed vegetable Pickle or Pickle of your choice.
