Potato chilly garlic fry is a quick veg curry, simple  a bit spicy dry curry.

Potato chilly garlic fry | 
Ingredients:
- Potatoes- 250 grams.
 - Garlic cloves -3
 - Curry leaves -10 to 15 leaves.
 - Red Chilly powder -1 teaspoon.
 - Jeera / cumin -1/2 teaspoon.
 - Urad Dal(black split lentil)-1 table spoon.
 
For tempering:
- Oil - 2 table spoons.
 - Mustard seeds -1/2 teaspoon.
 - cumin /jeera -1/2 teaspoon.
 - turmeric -1/2 teaspoon.
 
Cooking time :approximately 20 min.

Cooking Method :
- Heat saute pan,add 2 table spoons of oil.
 - Add mustard,cumin,urad Dal(black split lentil)
 - Add Curry leaves,turmeric.
 - Add sliced potatoes into small cubes(about 1 cm),saute of 3 to 5 minutes.
 - Check the if the potatoes turned soft.
 - Add chilly garlic powder,saute for 2 more minutes in low flame.
 - Potato chilly fry is done.
 
Crunchy potatoes chilly fry with rasam or sambar and white boiled rice goes well.
