Ingredients:

  1. Prawns - 250 grams.
  2. Salt -11/2 table spoons.
  3. Chilly powder -1 table spoon.
  4. Shajeera -1 tea spoon.
  5. Garam masala freshly ground(Cinnamon stick,Cardamom,clove) 11/2tea spoon.
  6. Coriander powder- 1 table spoon.
  7. Turmeric powder -1teaspoon.
  8. Ginger garlic paste freshly grounded -1 table spoon.
  9. Vinegar-3 table spoons.
  10. Oil for cooking - 1/2 cup.
Instant Prawn Pickle
                                                                                                                                                                                 Procedure:
Clean prawns ,if fresh prawns De vein them and clean in vinegar added to water,if frozen clean them in warm water and vinegar.
Squeeze them and remove excess water,take in a bowl,add turmeric 1/2 teaspoon,1/2 table spoon salt marinate  for 10 to 15 minutes.
Now add half cup of Oil in tawa,after oil get to boiling temperature,add marinated prawns.
Fry them till golden brown,remove from oil, let them cool.
cool the left over oil and add remaining ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,chilly powder,salt,Gram masala,Lemon juice.Instant prawn Pickle is ready to be served with plain rice.Adjust the salt if needed.
Shelf life is for 1 week if refrigerated.
