Instant dosa /Semolina Pancake.


Ingredients:

  1. Semolina (Bombay Rava) -2 table spoons.
  2. Rice flour -2 tablespoons.
  3. Butter milk/Laban-1cup.
  4. Onions(chopped) -1 table spoon.
  5. Cumin /jeera-1/2 teaspoon.
  6. Ginger(finely chopped)-3/4 teaspoon.
  7. Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) -1teaspoon.
  8. Fresh grated coconut -1 teaspoon.
  9. Green chillies (finely chopped) -2.
  10. Salt -1/2 teaspoon (as per taste)
  11. Grated Carrot -2 tablespoons.

Procedure for preparing batter:

  1. Add chopped onions,green chillies, coriander leaves,ginger, cumin, salt .Mix them thoroughly.
  2. Now add Butter milk, semolina and  grated coconut.
  3. Mix thoroughly , check that it should not get lumps.
  4. Batter should me medium.

Procedure for cooking:


  1. Preheat the pan, keep the flame high, add just two to three drops of oil in each.
  2. Take a metal shape of desired, place on the hot pan.let it heat . teaspoon full of batter, slowly drop in between the  heart shape of pan.(we can make it with out carrot,do not add grated carrot )

  1. Place grated carrot over it,spread evenly,press with a spoon spoon gently.
  2. Cook in a low flame for two to three minutes.
  3. Turn it with  cook for a minutes.
  4. Quick Instant dosa with Carrot Dressing is ready to be served.
     done.

Serve with tomato ketchup .
