Ground nut Chutney

Ingredients:

  1. Ground nuts -1 cup.
  2. Roasted chana dal -2 table spoons
  3. Coconut grated -2 table spoons
  4. Cumin seeds / Jeera-1 table spoon.
  5. Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
  6. Dry red chillies -2
  7. Garlic cloves crushed -2
  8. Urad dal -1/2 teaspoon
  9. Green chillies -4
  10. Curry leaves - 6 leaves
  11. Salt  -1 tea spoon(according to taste).
  12. water-1/2 cup
  13. Oil-1 teaspoon
Procedure:
Fry ground nut little brown and remove skin by rubbing.
Fry green chillies.


Grind roasted chana dal, grated coconut,groundnuts,salt ,cumin adding water.
remove to serving bowl.
For seasoning: Add oil in a pan and heat it,now add mustard,cumin, urad dal,dry red chillies, crushed garlic, and curry leaves.
add seasoning to the chutney.





Serve it with any South Indian break fast Dosa /Masala Dosa or  Idly any snacks.
