Falafel /Chickpeas vada |
Ingredients:
- Chickpeas(Kabuli chana dal) -1cup
- Green chillies -4
- Mint leaves -hand full(half cup)
- Onion-1
- Coriander powder-1 tablespoon
- Pepper powder-1/2tea spoon
- Jeera-1/2 spoon
- Salt-1/2 teaspoon
- Sesame (til seeds)-1 table spoon
- Ginger-1 tea spoon finely chopped
Oil for deep frying.
Take 1 cup of chickpea and soak for 3 to 5 hours.

Procedure:
Grind all the ingredients except sesame,add sesame to grind paste,make small coin size and deep fry in oil. I made it with some Indian touch.
