Falafel /Chickpeas  vada


Ingredients:


  • Chickpeas(Kabuli chana dal) -1cup
  • Green chillies -4
  • Mint leaves -hand full(half cup)     
  • Onion-1
  • Coriander powder-1 tablespoon
  • Pepper powder-1/2tea spoon
  • Jeera-1/2 spoon
  • Salt-1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame (til seeds)-1 table spoon
  • Ginger-1 tea spoon finely chopped


Oil for deep frying.


Take 1 cup of chickpea and soak for 3 to 5 hours.

Procedure:

Grind all the ingredients except sesame,add sesame to grind paste,make small coin size and deep fry in oil. I made it with some Indian touch.



Falafel /Chickpeas  vada


Serve hot with tomato ketchup or pack for kids lunch box with a toast bread or u can make sandwich or roll with roti or kubus(Arabic bread).
