Ingredients:
- Burgol (Dalia) -1/2 cup.
 
- Yellow Lentil (Moong Dal) -2 table spoons.
 
- Ginger garlic (finely chopped)-1 teaspoon.
 
- Curry leaves-10.
 
- Green chillies-3 scliced.
 
- Onion - 1 table spoon sliced.
 
- Fresh Peas(Mutter)-2 table spoon.
 
- Carrots -2 table spoons finely chopped.
 
- Cumin-1/2 teaspoon.
 
- Mustard -1/2 teaspoon.
 
- Dry red chillies -2
 
- Ghee / Oil -1 table spoon.

Procedure:
- Wash and soak Burgol .
 
- Yellow Lentil for five to ten minutes minutes. 
 
- Take out Burgol and dals from water, squeeze all the water.
 
-  Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, mustard dry red Chilies after they start tempering add onions, green Chilies, chopped ginger garlic. Sauttill onion turns to pink.
 
- Now add green peas and  carrots saute for few seconds.

- Add salt to the vegetable.
 
- Add Burgol and Yellow lentil.
 
- Fry for a minute.
 
- Add one and half cups of hot water.
 
- Cook for five minutes less or more,until water completely evaporates  or Burgol and Lentil gets cooked.
 
- Serve hot as breakfast/lunch /dinner.All time meal for every one.
