Banana crepes

Ingredients:

  1. Eggs-1
  2. Melted butter (Canola Oil)- 1 table spoon.(extra for frying)
  3. Sugar -1 tablespoon.
  4. Salt-1/8 teaspoon.(a pinch)
  5. White Flour(maida) or wheat flour-1/2 cup.
  6. Milk- 1/2 cup (as required).
  7.  Lemon Essence (your choice)- a drop.
  8. Raspberry Jam -2 table spoons(melt it to spread easily)


Banana crepes



Servings - 4,1 for each.


In a bowl,whisk egg,sugar,salt ,butter and milk.Beat it in flour until smooth,flowy consistency.Let it stand for 10 minutes.

Take a non-stick pan, melt 1/2 a teaspoon butter ,take two table spoons of batter and spread it evenly ,cook for  a minute and turn when brown other side ,remove it.Repeat remaining batter.

Melt fruit jam ,spread on the pancake, slit the banana in long,place it on crepe,roll it and serve.
