Ingredients:
- Sweet Peppers (3 colours)- 4
- Paneer(cottage cheese) -150grams.
- Garlic cloves(crushed) -3
- Green chilly -1
- Onion -1
- Fennel seeds- 1/2 teaspoon.
- Ginger Mango Pickle(any spicy mango pickle gravy) -1/ teaspoon
- Chat masala powder -1/2 teaspoon.
- Oil -1 teaspoon.

Achari Paneer ( Cottage cheese)
*Note: salt not required*

Procedure:
Slice onions about half inch length,slice chilly into two or three piece,cut sweet peppers into 4 slices each.
Heat oil in a pan,add crushed garlic ,onion slices,saute in high flame,add sweet peppers,fennel,green chillies,
paneer,while paneer starts changing its colour ,add mango pickle mixed with chat masala powder with 2 table spoons of water.
Saute for 2 more minutes.
