Ingredients:

  1. Sweet Peppers (3 colours)- 4
  2. Paneer(cottage cheese) -150grams.
  3. Garlic cloves(crushed) -3
  4. Green chilly -1
  5. Onion -1
  6. Fennel seeds- 1/2 teaspoon.
  7. Ginger Mango Pickle(any spicy mango pickle gravy) -1/ teaspoon
  8. Chat masala powder -1/2 teaspoon.
  9. Oil -1 teaspoon.

Procedure:

Slice onions about half inch length,slice chilly into two or three piece,cut sweet peppers into 4 slices each.
Heat oil in a pan,add  crushed garlic ,onion slices,saute in high flame,add sweet peppers,fennel,green chillies,
paneer,while paneer starts changing its colour ,add mango pickle mixed with chat masala powder with 2 table spoons of water.
Saute for 2 more minutes.
