Ingredients:

  • Bhendi -250 grams.
  • curry leaves 10 to 15  .
  • Onions- 1.
  • ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon.
  • turmeric-3/4 teaspoon.
  • chilly powder -1/2 tablespoon.
  • salt -1/2 teaspoon.
  • cumin/jeera-1/2teaspoon.
  • mustard seeds -1/2teaspoon.
  • urad Dal -1teaspoon.
  • Canola oil -2 tablespoon.

Procedure: 

Soak bhend few minutes in water and clean them .cut into thin slices.Add oil to a pan ,add jeera,mustard,urad Dal,red chillies,onion,curry leaves .let the onions turn to golden brown,now add ginger garlic paste, sliced bhendi,let them cook on slow fire,add salt and chilly powder when bhendi turns crisp,add coriander powder and remove from heat.
Goes well with chapati and plain rice.
