Ingredients:
1 cup of Rice flour1-Medium onion
3 to 4-Green chillies
1-Garlic clove
1/2 inch fresh ginger
8 to 10-Curry leaves
1/4 teaspoon Cumin
Salt to taste(about 3/4 teaspoon)
water .
Oil for cooking.
Preparation:
Cut onions and green chillies in to 1/2 inch pieces.Grind onions,green chillies,ginger,garlic,curry leaves,cumin roughly.
Add enough water ,salt ,onion paste to rice flour.
Dosa batter should be flowy liquid consistency.
Heat a flat non stick pan or tawa,rub oil to pan.
On high flame,drop dosa batter as sprinkling .
Apply few drops of oil ,cover it with a lid.
Cook on low to medium flame for a 1/2 minute,remove lid.
Cook until the dosa starts leaving pan.
Serve hot.
