Ingredients:
2 cups of plain flour.
1 cup of sugar.
2 teaspoons of baking powder.
3/4 cup of melted butter or canola oil.
4 eggs
2 teaspoons of cocoa powder.
1 cup of water.
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
Preparation:
Grease a baking tray and pre heat oven at 180 degree temperature.
Make sugar into powder form.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl ,except cocoa powder.
Beat eggs,butter and water,add vanilla and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mix,mix well.
Divide the cake batter into two bowls.
Add cocoa to one of the bowls and mix .
Take two spoons and spoon in the chocolate and vanilla batter alternately in the greased baking tray.
Bake it for about 40 to 45 minutes on 180 degree temperature,until a skewer or knife inserted comes out clean.
Then take out cake tray,allow it to cool completely.
